Annemarieke (Anna) Kostense is Dutch from origin and holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Amsterdam. She moved to China in 2008 and worked there for 9 years. For over 6 years she worked with European and South African (media) companies to develop and structure their China (Joint Venture) businesses. During her last years in China, she has been Managing Director for the China office of Digital Jungle (team of 25), a full-service digital marketing agency supporting international clients in the Chinese market. Focus areas in the agency were Online Marketing, E-Commerce and Online and Mobile Payments. She then moved to Stuttgart at the beginning of 2017 and is running a China Online Strategy consulting company named Kostense Consulting. She is proficient in the German, English, Dutch, Chinese and French languages.
Susanne Steidl began her professional career at DMC-KGC, then Axxom Software AG, today part of PSI Logistics, in 1998. Beginning in 2006, she worked as Senior Product Manager at the Wirecard Group. Following various promotions in the last years, she has held the position of Executive Vice President since January 2015, responsible for essential product innovations at Wirecard. Most recently, she also assumed responsibility for the successful expansion of Wirecard AG in the US market. As of 1 January 2018, Susanne Steidl will join the management board of Wirecard as Chief Product Officer (CPO).
Linda Wollgast has been a project manager in Consumer Goods at the global payment specialist Wirecard since the beginning of 2015. In her role, Linda Wollgast is responsible for innovations and Omni-Channel solution projects. She supports the sales team with new product solutions from Wirecard and forms an interface between the customer, sales and product departments.
Matthias Vollmer is responsible for Marketing at Munich Airport (eurotrade Flughafen München Handels-GmbH). He had a leading role in implementing the mobile payment solution „Alipay“ in close cooperation with Wirecard in Summer 2016. Before he decided to start working at Munich Airport he was Director of Sales & Marketing at Warehouse One in Düsseldorf for three years. As a post-graduate of his studies of International Business and Management he also worked for GIRA in Shanghai as Marketing Specialist. Therefore he has a true understanding of Marketing and Project Management, especially when it comes to intercultural communication with focus on China.
Felix Baaken is Head of Omnichannel Analytics at Wirecard. He is responsible for integrated data analytics solutions that Wirecard provides to customers and partners as well as inside the company. With artificial Intelligence and machine learning approaches, his products drive the Omnichannel strategy of Wirecard customers.
Hendrik Koepff is a digital expert with 18+ years in digital business development, e-commerce, project management and new ventures. He worked with various clients especially with regards to online & offline retail concepts (e.g. Multichannel Strategy for WMF, Introduction of Alipay as payment service in WMFs German retail stores), digital strategy, digital business models and digital transformation (Mr. Koepff is appointed member of Group SEB global E-commerce expert team), digital distribution channels and marketplaces (Launch of Alibaba Global Tmall Flagship store for WMF). He has worked with companies including Amazon.de, Arvato Bertelsmann, Siemens AG and Ernst & Young Consulting New York. Since 2015 he is Head of Business Development, Global Digital Management at the WMF Group, now a Groupe SEB company.
Elmar Bouwman, who joined Wirecard earlier this year, has over 12 years of international experience in the payment and fraud space. Prior to Wirecard, he worked for several years in Silicon Valley and more recently in the Nordics. Now his primary focus is to develop innovative solutions that help customers around the world to accept payments. These products enable companies to accelerate, but also empower global expansion by maximizing approval rates while minimizing fraud. Since Elmar’s team has started working on adopting more and more machine learning techniques in the payment platform, it is helping customers with better results thanks to new technologies.
Marta Wojtukiewicz is a Project Manager in the division Mobile Services at Wirecard. She is working on implementing innovative payment processing solutions for retailers at Point of Sale. Her focus is on product innovation including new technologies such as biometric payment, Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence.
Prior to Wirecard, Marta has been responsible for venture development in FinTech and E-commerce for Rocket Internet.
Melanie Maier is Head of Presales Mobile Services, a product department at Wirecard AG Technologies GmbH. Melanie is responsible for Mobile Services' close collaboration with Wirecard's sales units across the globe in order to strategically position the right solutions for different target markets.
The product portfolio includes value-added services (Loyalty & voucher solutions, data analytics) as well as innovative mobile payment solutions (mPOS, smart terminals, alternative Payment at the POS (Alipay/WeChat).
Because of this broad product range, another key responsibility is to actively support the sales process by providing deeper product insights and matching client requirements with solutions.

In 2013, Jörn Leogrande was appointed Executive Vice President Mobile Services at Wirecard AG, a global leader in online payment technology for all sales channels. In this capacity, one of his key responsibilities is product innovation including, for example, the payment wearables market.
Leogrande worked in marketing before coming to Munich-based Wirecard AG in 2004, where he was appointed Head of Marketing in 2008. He also assumed responsibility for innovation management at the payment processing specialists in 2011. Now, as Executive Vice President Mobile Services, Leogrande is responsible for developments in the field of value added services, from loyalty points and couponing to NFC payments and mobile apps. Products such as mobile card readers (mPOS) also come within his remit.
Dimitri Völk studied Business and Computer Science at Paderborn University. After receiving his master degree, he co-founded the company INNOMOS, which is specialized in the digitalisation of business processes using mobile devices. A particular business focus of the company is the support of sales processes in stationary retail stores through mobile InStore applications. With the product "SalesMate", INNOMOS introduced a modular and scalable retail industry solution, which supports sales staff during their customer consultation with tasks such as customer loyalty, omnichannel and mobile payment services.
Lionel handles the financing of Printemps Group. He began his career on financial markets at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch, then joined the Group Louis Dreyfus as FX trader. In 2003, he took the direction of the finance of Sodexo France. During 6 years, he worked at Rexel as a Head of Cash management Group and after as Head of financing.
